🎓 Choose Your Licence Type

A1 - Light Motorcycle

Age 17+

Up to 125cc, 11kW power

Perfect for younger riders or those wanting to start small

A2 - Medium Motorcycle

Age 19+

Up to 35kW (47bhp)

Great mid-size bikes with plenty of power for most riders

A - Full Licence (DAS)

Age 24+ or 21+ (if held A2 for 2 years)

Any motorcycle, no restrictions

Do I need a CBT first?

Yes, you need a valid CBT certificate before starting full licence training (unless you already have a full car licence and completed CBT).

How long does training take?

It varies by individual, but typically 3-5 days of training plus test days. We assess your ability and recommend the right amount.

What's included in the price?

Training, bike hire for tests, and instructor support. You'll need to pay DVSA test fees separately (currently £15.50 Module 1, £75 Module 2).

Which licence should I get?

It depends on your age and what you want to ride. We'll discuss your options during your assessment. Most adults go straight for the full A licence via DAS.
